Each product page includes a size chart and measurement guide. Use a soft measuring tape to measure your pet’s neck, chest, or body length. When between sizes, choose the larger one. Need help? Contact our customer service with your pet’s weight, breed, and size—we’ll assist you.
Do you offer international shipping? What are the fees and delivery times?
We ship to over 150 countries, including the US, Canada, the EU, and Australia. Shipping cost is calculated based on destination and weight (see checkout for details).

Within 30 days of receipt, items with quality issues can be returned/exchanged for free (we cover shipping both ways). For size or pet preference reasons, we accept unused items in resalable condition. In such cases, return shipping is paid by the buyer. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the return.
